We are looking for a motivated individual to join the India Inventory Health team and build innovative solutions for our vendors & liquidators with the help of data driven critical thinking.

We are looking for a candidate who can drive below:
1. Use analytical thinking to investigate vendor disputes, identify process gaps and aid decision making.
2. Use data insights to identify and build automated solutions for manual processes
2. Support manual processes requiring automation
3. Suggest and drive process improvements and programs
4. Pre-empt and build dashboards to measure execution success of programs
5. Build automated reports with minimal / no person dependencies Responsibilities Include:

Provide data and analytics to the inventory health team for measuring performance metrics
An ideal candidate will demonstrate strong deep dive, invent & simplify and end-to-end ownership of project delivery
Person should be strong in modular approach to problem solving and break down complex situations to simple problem statements


Key job responsibilities
-Manage engagement with senior stakeholders across multiple teams
-Manage, track and report on order creation, cancellations
-Manage disputes and follow through with cross functional teams for reconciliation
-Own and launch new initiatives to improve vendor, liquidator and seller experience
-Weekly operational metrics review and financial reporting- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Expertise using Excel, SQL and ETL for acquiring and transforming data or keen interest in acquiring an advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.- Experience within a customer service environment preferred.
- Desire to expand skills into new areas.
- Technical (Computers & Internet) savvy is required.
- Business acumen in areas of e-commerce and retail.
- Committed seller advocate, drive process & tool improvements.
- Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
- Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency for response time in the face of variable workflow.
- Demonstrates effective communication, composure and professional attitude
- Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity
