You thrive on building and transforming compensation technology ecosystems, and you have a proven track record of leading full-cycle implementations of compensation management systems. Your expertise includes evaluating, implementing, and integrating compensation systems, and you are skilled at designing scalable processes that support organizational growth. You are a strategic thinker who can partner effectively with various teams, including People Systems, People Analytics, and People Products, to create technical solutions that enhance compensation practices.

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data models, workflows, and approval chains. You understand the importance of aligning compensation strategies with organizational goals and are adept at driving enhancements that support rapid growth. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective compensation solutions. You are committed to creating a reliable and interpretable compensation infrastructure that benefits both the organization and its employees.

Desirable

Experience with HRIS, compensation planning, and equity management platforms is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to drive strategic decisions. You are open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can improve compensation systems and processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the implementation and optimization of Anthropic's compensation technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for evaluating and selecting vendors, gathering requirements, and overseeing the deployment and integration of compensation management systems. Your role will involve designing and architecting scalable compensation system infrastructure from scratch, ensuring that it meets the needs of a growing organization. You will collaborate closely with the People Systems, People Analytics, and People Products teams to create technical solutions that enhance compensation practices.

You will build and run the systems, tools, and processes that power compensation at Anthropic. This includes designing data models, workflows, and approval chains that support organizational growth from startup to scale. You will drive strategic enhancements that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation processes, ensuring that they align with the company's mission and values. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the organization's ability to attract and retain top talent.
