You are detail-oriented and possess strong negotiation skills, ensuring that all agreements align with the firm's standards and objectives. Desirable

Experience in the financial services sector or with trading firms is a plus. Familiarity with venture capital investments and litigation management will enhance your candidacy. What you'll do

As Legal Counsel at Akuna, you will lead the North American legal function, overseeing a wide range of legal matters that impact the firm. You will negotiate and manage trading, vendor, and market-facing agreements, ensuring that they meet the firm's standards and protect its interests. Your role will involve drafting and implementing policies that align with corporate governance requirements, as well as advising on HR and employment matters.
