Carvana is seeking an Experienced Paintless Dent Repair Technician to join their team in Rocklin, CA. You'll utilize advanced techniques for dent repair on automotive panels. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience, showcasing your expertise in advanced glue-pulling techniques and hail repair. Your skills include repairing creases and body lines, as well as handling larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You are familiar with the latest tools and techniques in the industry, ensuring high-quality repairs that meet customer expectations.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional service. Your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities allow you to tackle complex repair challenges effectively. You understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration, working closely with other technicians and staff to ensure a smooth workflow in the high-tech Inspection Center.

Desirable

Experience with various automotive brands and models is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest advancements in dent repair technology. You may also have certifications or training in automotive repair, which would further enhance your qualifications for this role.

What you'll do

As an Experienced PDR Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing high-quality paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicles. You will utilize advanced techniques to ensure that dents are removed without damaging the vehicle's paint finish. Your role will involve assessing the extent of damage and determining the best repair methods to restore vehicles to their original condition.

You will work in one of Carvana's state-of-the-art Inspection Centers, using the latest tools and equipment to perform repairs efficiently. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with other technicians, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring that all repairs meet Carvana's high standards of quality.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have regarding the repair process. You will be part of a team that values continuous improvement, and you will have opportunities to participate in training programs to further develop your skills.
