Mindbody is seeking an Account Manager to help studios succeed by building strong relationships with business owners and managers. This role focuses on driving value for partners in the ClassPass network. Experience in account management is preferred.
You have a background in account management and understand the importance of building strong, long-term relationships with partners. You are strategic and solutions-oriented, always looking for ways to help your clients grow their businesses. Your collaborative nature allows you to engage effectively with key partners, ensuring they see incredible value in their relationship with ClassPass. As an Account Manager at Mindbody, you will be responsible for engaging with business owners and managers in emerging markets. You will become an expert on all verticals and offerings in your ClassPass markets, ensuring that your partners are well-informed and supported. Monthly check-ins with key partners will be a critical part of your role, allowing you to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will work closely with the Revenue team to help customers achieve their business goals and eliminate hurdles they may face. Your role will involve strategic planning and collaboration to drive sales of ClassPass inventory while fostering meaningful connections with clients.
