Ops Finance E2E is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager to join its USCF FP&A team. This is an exciting opportunity to innovate and reduce our cost to serve customers through partnership with teams across Operations and Technology. Regular collaboration with business leaders will provide an opportunity to exhibit your verbal and written communication skills. A typical day in this role involves partnering with business leaders to analyze real-world problems, create meaningful business reporting, and build and maintain financial models to measure overall financial performance.
Key job responsibilities
As a Finance Manager in Ops Finance E2E your key responsibilities will be partnering with business leaders and finance teams to design an efficient network and evaluate the cost trade-offs of strategic network decisions. You will use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build planning models, improve forecasting methodology in line with changing business needs, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders in NA Operations.- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience
- Six Sigma Black Belt
- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
- Experience as a lean sensei, or experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
