Who you are

You have 2+ years of professional experience in site reliability engineering or a similar role, demonstrating your ability to maintain and improve system reliability and performance. Your expertise includes working with Ceph in a production environment, where you've developed a deep understanding of storage systems and their operational demands. You are skilled in automation and have experience developing tools and scripts that streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Your background in Linux systems provides you with the necessary foundation to monitor and troubleshoot complex environments effectively.

You thrive in collaborative settings and are familiar with agile methodologies, participating in daily stand-ups and contributing to design and code reviews. You are proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions to ensure high availability and reliability of systems. Your analytical mindset allows you to monitor system performance and capacity, continuously seeking opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code practices would be a plus, as would familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and incident management processes.
