Shift4 is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee income tax reporting and compliance obligations. You'll work with ONESOURCE Tax Provision and Blackline to ensure accurate financial reporting. This role requires experience in tax reporting and compliance.
You have a strong background in tax reporting and compliance, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise includes working with ONESOURCE Tax Provision and Blackline, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and tax provisions. You are detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to tackle diverse accounting and tax technical issues in a growth-oriented FinTech business. You are comfortable with data automation tools, such as Alteryx, which enhances your efficiency in managing tax-related tasks.
As the Tax Manager at Shift4, you will report to the Director of Global Tax Reporting and play a crucial role in supporting the company's income tax reporting and compliance obligations. You will assist in preparing quarterly and annual tax provisions, ensuring the accuracy of tax provisions reported in U.S. GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures as part of Form 10-Q/K filings. You will maintain the accuracy of all income tax accounts by utilizing tax provision software and workflow tools within the financial reporting process. Additionally, you will assist in preparing global effective tax rate and cash tax forecasting for management reporting and guidance purposes. Your role will also involve preparing U.S. tax compliance calculations and collaborating with various teams to streamline tax processes.
