You have a strong background in managing strategic partnerships, particularly within the cloud ecosystem — your experience includes hands-on involvement with cloud co-sell programs and marketplace listings. You excel at building deep, strategic relationships across partner teams, enabling field engagement and driving revenue through effective collaboration. Your ability to influence without authority makes you a cross-functional connector, capable of activating cloud field sellers to generate pipeline and revenue.

With a focus on results, you understand the importance of aligning cloud go-to-market strategies with corporate priorities — you have a proven track record of shaping joint value propositions that resonate with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth, ensuring that Algolia remains optimized within AWS and Azure partner motions.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to drive initiatives that enhance partner engagement and maximize revenue potential. Your communication skills enable you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively, fostering trust and collaboration among diverse teams.

What you'll do

As the Strategic Cloud Partnerships Manager at Algolia, you will own and accelerate the company's global partnerships with AWS and Microsoft Azure. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue through co-sell, marketplace, and cloud ecosystem programs. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that Algolia's cloud go-to-market strategy aligns with corporate priorities and maximizes the potential of these partnerships.

You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within AWS and Azure, enabling field engagement and ensuring that Algolia is fully optimized within their partner motions.
