As a Mid-Market Sales Manager within our Large Customer Sales organization, you will lead a team of Account
Executives focused on video advertising solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale a high-performing
sales team while driving net-new business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to
expand our video advertising footprint across mid-market clients and agencies.

Lead and develop a team of Account Executives focused on Streaming TV and brand-building advertising solutions
Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve team revenue targets
Coach and mentor team members to build strong prospecting abilities and consultative selling skills
Drive operational excellence through pipeline management and sales forecasting
Establish and maintain relationships with key agency and client stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally to align resources and optimize team performance
Implement best practices for sales processes, training, and development
Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership- 10+ years of B2B or digital media sales experience
- 3+ years experience managing sales teams
- Proven track record of achieving team revenue targets
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Experience in building and maintaining client and agency relationships- Experience in video advertising or streaming media sales
- Strong understanding of digital advertising landscape and industry trends
- Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Excellence in people management and team development
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $221,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
