Optiver is seeking a Regional HR Coordinator for a 12-month contract to support HR activities across the APAC region. You'll coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries while maintaining HR systems. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in HR.

Experience with HR systems, particularly Workday, is a plus, but not essential. You may have a background in administration or customer service, which has equipped you with strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries effectively. As a Regional HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the APAC People Services Team. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating HR activities such as onboarding new employees, managing offboarding processes, and facilitating employee transfers and leave management. You will be the first point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR systems, processes, policies, and programs, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. You will also assist with payroll-related inquiries and support HR Business Partners in creating and administering new HR processes. Your role will involve processing transactions and maintaining the integrity of employee records in our HRIS, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
