Apple is hiring an RTL Design Engineer to work on mixed-signal silicon design. You'll be responsible for specifying, designing, and verifying sophisticated digital and mixed-signal circuits. This role requires a solid foundation in digital logic circuits and familiarity with Python.

In this role, you will be responsible for specifying and/or micro-architecting digital blocks in sophisticated mixed-signal circuits. You will engage in RTL coding of blocks specified by you or others, ensuring that your designs meet the required specifications. You will work closely with your team to model and integrate high-performance mixed-signal and analog IPs into high-speed digital circuits. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you ensure formal equivalence between custom designs and their abstract representations.
You will participate in the verification process, supporting lab bring-up of the circuits you design. This hands-on experience will allow you to apply your theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios, enhancing your understanding of the design process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that your designs align with the overall project goals and timelines.
