PointClickCare is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support their mission of delivering exceptional healthcare. You'll engage with potential clients and utilize CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, to drive sales initiatives. This is an entry-level position with a contract duration of one year.

Who you are

You are an entry-level professional eager to start your career in sales, ideally with a post-secondary degree or college diploma. You may have some experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, but this is not a strict requirement. You are motivated to learn and grow within the healthcare technology sector, and you are passionate about making a difference in people's lives through your work.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients and generating interest in PointClickCare's innovative healthcare solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to identify leads and follow up on opportunities. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success. You will also assist in maintaining the CRM system, ensuring that all client interactions are logged and tracked accurately.
