Microsoft is hiring a Digital Solution Specialist - Business Processes to drive AI-powered business-process transformations. You'll work closely with Account Executives and Digital Solution Engineers to enhance customer success with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This role requires strong consultative selling skills and domain expertise.
You have a strong background in business processes and technology adoption, with a focus on driving customer success through innovative solutions. Your consultative selling skills enable you to identify opportunities and craft compelling value propositions that resonate with clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. Your experience with AI technologies and platforms like Dynamics 365 and Power Platform positions you as a key player in transforming business processes for small and medium enterprises. You are passionate about leveraging technology to drive growth and innovation, and you understand the importance of building strong relationships with partners and customers.
Experience in a quota-carrying role is a plus, as is familiarity with the SME&C landscape. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a proven track record of success in driving technology adoption. A background in AI or digital transformation initiatives will further enhance your candidacy.
In this role, you will own the entire engagement cycle for a set of accounts within the SME&C UKI segment. You will pinpoint opportunities for business-process transformations and design win strategies that align with customer needs. Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Digital Solution Engineers, you will deliver compelling demos and pilots that showcase the value of Microsoft solutions. Your ability to craft customer success plans will be crucial in accelerating the adoption of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot solutions. You will also engage with marketing teams to ensure that messaging and strategies are aligned with customer expectations and market trends.
