Mixpanel is seeking a Senior Professional Services Manager to drive enterprise transformation and maximize customer value. You'll collaborate with senior leadership and the Go-to-Market team to enhance business performance. This role requires strong strategic advisory skills and experience in analytics.
You have 5+ years of experience in professional services or consulting, ideally within the tech or analytics space — you've successfully guided enterprise clients through complex transformations and understand how to leverage data for business impact. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for improvement and develop frameworks that drive measurable results for customers. You excel in building relationships with senior leadership and can effectively communicate the value of analytics in driving business performance. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in dynamic environments where you can adapt to changing customer needs. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer success, to deliver exceptional service and support. You are passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and are committed to their success.
