Amazon is hiring a シフトアシスタント to support operations at their delivery station in Tokyo. You'll assist in managing workflows and improving processes using internal tools. This role requires basic Excel skills and a proactive attitude.
You have experience in any industry and are eager to contribute to a team focused on logistics and delivery. You possess a basic understanding of Excel, including arithmetic operations and SUM functions, and are comfortable communicating in business-level Japanese. You are proactive and take ownership of your responsibilities, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration. You have experience in process improvement, whether on a small or large scale, and are open to learning about logistics management through hands-on experience. You value inclusivity and are enthusiastic about working in a diverse environment.
In this role, you will support daily operations by ensuring that workflows proceed smoothly according to established plans. You will utilize internal tools for production management and progress tracking, collaborating with team members to develop and implement improvement plans for on-site challenges. You will work closely with delivery service partners to monitor delivery statuses and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and promoting business standardization. This position offers opportunities for career advancement and internal transfers to other departments within Amazon.
