What you'll do

As a Bus Network Planning Analyst at BlaBlaCar, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing long-distance bus networks in Northern Europe. Your mission will begin with establishing a strategic approach for your region, focusing on understanding demand and competitive dynamics. You will analyze data to identify opportunities for new lines and optimize existing routes, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with market trends. You will act as the project owner for any new line launches or optimization projects, collaborating with internal teams to source, audit, price, and set up the bus network. Your role will involve constant performance monitoring of your portfolio, making adjustments to line structures and timings as necessary to adapt to changing economic conditions and competition. You will report to the Network Planning Team Lead and work closely with a team of nine members, contributing to the overall success of the BlaBlaCar Bus network.
