SeatGeek is seeking a Director of Client Success to lead their enterprise client portfolio and scale the client success function. This role requires strong leadership and commercial strategy skills to drive client engagement and outcomes.
You have a proven track record in client success or a related field, with extensive experience in managing teams and driving commercial growth. Your leadership style is centered on coaching and developing high-performing teams, ensuring that each member is aligned with the company's goals and objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess client health and drive adoption across your portfolio effectively. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify opportunities for monetization and revenue growth, making you a key player in the organization's success.
Experience in the ticketing or entertainment industry is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise-level client management. You are comfortable negotiating renewals and planning enterprise deals, and you have a knack for translating complex client needs into actionable strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels sets you apart, as you can advocate for your team and clients alike.
As the Director of Client Success, you will manage and lead the US Client Success team, providing direct oversight to managers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs). You will set clear goals and drive accountability within your team, fostering a culture of high performance and commercial impact. Your responsibilities will include closely managing revenue targets and client health metrics, ensuring that your team is equipped to drive adoption and satisfaction across the client base. You will partner with CSMs and leadership on enterprise deal planning and renewal negotiations, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders. Your role will also involve scaling the client success function to meet the demands of a rapidly growing enterprise portfolio, ensuring that SeatGeek continues to deliver world-class experiences for clients and their fans.
