What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of People Operations, you will oversee the execution and audit of department governance practices, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. You will track department budgets and contracts, collaborating closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records. Your role will involve driving cross-functional projects and programs, working alongside various teams to enhance operational workflows. You will report directly to the Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer, providing insights and recommendations to improve departmental performance. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the People Operations team.
