PLACE is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to assist Escrow Officers and Attorneys with real estate closings. You'll handle front-end file processing and provide outstanding communication throughout the transaction. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You are someone who thrives in a supportive role, assisting experienced Escrow Officers and Attorneys with the processing of real estate closings. You pride yourself on providing outstanding communication and best-in-class service to all parties involved in each transaction. Your organizational abilities are exceptional, and you have acute attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the transaction is handled with care. You are comfortable working with new technologies and have intermediate computer skills that allow you to adapt quickly to digital tools. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will be the right hand to Escrow Officers and Attorneys, assisting them with various administrative aspects of title processing. Your responsibilities will include front-line communication with all parties involved in the transaction, addressing any questions and concerns quickly and professionally. You will review search packages to pull curative documents for files and work closely with the Escrow Officer and Underwriter on escalated title defects or issues. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact with lenders, ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order and that the closing process runs smoothly. Your role will be crucial in modernizing the closing experience and improving the efficiency of the title industry.
