Who you are
You have a strong passion for data, both unstructured and structured, and you thrive on testing hypotheses to drive impactful business decisions. With a knack for communicating insights, you constantly seek ways to leverage analytics to improve business outcomes. You are adept at asking the right questions, such as identifying the best lender to match with a customer or exploring new data sources that could enhance decision-making. Your experience includes collaborating with sales leaders to pinpoint sales gaps and develop strategies to address them. You are comfortable challenging the status quo and influencing organizational decisions through clear communication and logical arguments supported by data.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a critical part in the success of the sales team by owning the reporting, construction, and optimization of sales strategies. You will closely monitor performance metrics and work with large datasets to identify key variables that drive business success. Your responsibilities will include developing narratives from data analyses that help sales partners recognize opportunities for growth. You will also be tasked with creating actionable insights that enable the sales team to make informed recommendations that drive partner success. Your analytical skills will be essential in manipulating data to uncover trends and insights that can lead to improved sales performance.
