Overview

Axon is seeking an Operations Trainer to deliver engaging learning experiences for Manufacturing Operators and teams. This role focuses on new hire orientation and professional development in Mesa, Arizona.

You are an experienced trainer with a background in operations, particularly in manufacturing environments. You have a passion for delivering high-quality training that aligns with business needs and organizational goals. Desirable
