You have a deep understanding of compliance policies and systems, particularly in areas such as Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML). With experience in delivering execution and delivery of risk standards, you can take complex issues and turn them into actionable next steps. You thrive in ambiguous environments and are comfortable with shifting priorities, making you an ideal fit for this role. Your proficiency in merchant acquiring rules and regulations will be invaluable as you navigate the complexities of compliance. You are a strategic thinker who can balance risk exposure with user experience, ensuring that Stripe meets its goals while maintaining user trust.
