Amazon is seeking a LATAM Sales Manager to drive growth in the LATAM Startup segment. You'll lead a sales team and engage with startup founders and key stakeholders to enhance cloud adoption. This role requires strong leadership and experience in cloud technologies.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within the technology sector, with at least 5 years of experience driving revenue growth and customer success. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies that resonate with startup founders and executives. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional outcomes. Your passion for empowering emerging technology companies is evident in your approach to coaching and developing high-performing sales teams. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including venture capitalists and industry leaders. You are adaptable and can navigate the fast-paced nature of the startup ecosystem, ensuring that your team remains focused on delivering value to customers.
Experience in cloud computing or technology sales is highly desirable, as is familiarity with the startup landscape in LATAM. A network of contacts within the venture capital community and startup accelerators will be beneficial in this role. You are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and can leverage analytics to drive sales performance and customer engagement.
In this role, you will build and lead a centralized sales team dedicated to supporting high-growth startups across the LATAM region. You will own the full talent lifecycle for your team, focusing on performance management, pipeline development, and career growth. Engaging directly with startup founders, CxOs, and key VC stakeholders, you will drive cloud strategy and adoption, ensuring that customers achieve the best results on our platform. You will shape the go-to-market strategy for the LATAM Startup segment, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. Your leadership will inspire your team to excel in their roles, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. You will collaborate closely with business development, solution architecture, marketing, and partner teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers. Additionally, you will play a key role in deepening Amazon's presence in the broader startup ecosystem, including venture capital, accelerators, and incubators, as we continue to support disruptive innovation across industries.
