You'll leverage your technical expertise and customer management skills to ensure successful deployment and operational excellence. You have a strong background in technical account management, with experience supporting large, complex customers — your ability to navigate customer needs and provide tailored solutions is key to your success. You possess deep technical expertise in the JARVISS platform and related technologies, allowing you to act as a trusted advisor to clients. Your exceptional customer management skills enable you to build lasting relationships and advocate for your customers within the organization.

You thrive in fast-paced, mission-critical environments — your project management skills are top-notch, and you excel at coordinating multiple tasks and priorities. You have a knack for solution design and system configuration, ensuring that clients receive the best possible implementation of Everbridge solutions. Your training and support capabilities help clients maximize their use of the platform, driving adoption and operational excellence.

You are a proactive communicator, able to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner — your ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You understand the importance of customer feedback and use it to inform ongoing improvements and enhancements to the service you provide.

Desirable

Experience in emergency management or business continuity is a plus, as it allows you to better understand the unique challenges faced by clients in these sectors. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

In this hybrid role, you will support large, complex customers using Everbridge and JARVISS solutions — your primary responsibility will be to ensure successful deployment and ongoing operational excellence. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, providing project management, solution design, and system configuration to meet customer needs.

You will lead training sessions for clients, helping them understand how to effectively use the Everbridge platform — your goal is to drive adoption and ensure that clients can leverage the full capabilities of the solutions provided. You will also serve as the customer advocate within Everbridge, ensuring that their needs and feedback are communicated effectively to the internal teams.

Your role will involve ongoing account ownership, where you will monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues that arise — your ability to anticipate challenges and provide timely solutions will be crucial. You will collaborate closely with the Professional Services leadership team to align on project goals and deliverables, ensuring that all client engagements are executed smoothly.
