Grafana is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across the Nordics. You'll be responsible for prospecting and nurturing existing business opportunities. This role requires a consultative sales approach and experience in enterprise sales.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the importance of a consultative sales approach — learning about customer needs before proposing solutions is second nature to you. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable managing your own schedule while collaborating with a global team. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to build relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively. You are data-driven, using metrics to track your performance and inform your strategies. You are passionate about technology and have a keen interest in observability solutions, which aligns with Grafana's mission.
Experience in the software or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with open-source tools. You may have worked with visualization tools or observability platforms, giving you an edge in understanding Grafana's offerings. A background in managing accounts across the Nordics will be beneficial, as you will be responsible for growing existing business in this region.
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and identifying new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts. You will manage forecasts and track customer data to ensure you meet your sales targets. Your consultative approach will help you understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also participate in sales meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy of Grafana Labs. As you grow your accounts, you will be expected to provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions, helping to shape future offerings.
