Senior Software Engineer (Angular)

Who you are

You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on frontend technologies, particularly Angular. With at least 5 years of experience, you've developed a keen eye for design details and a strong sense of good UX. You are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that your work is done right and efficiently. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and ownership.

Your experience includes building scalable applications and working with complex workflows. You understand the importance of connecting data, processes, applications, and experiences to drive efficiency and agility. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of enterprise-level software development and are excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact.

Desirable

Experience with additional frontend frameworks or libraries is a plus, as is familiarity with backend technologies. You may also have experience in agile methodologies and a passion for continuous learning and improvement. A background in enterprise software or orchestration platforms would be beneficial but is not required.

What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Workato, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our global customers. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create user-friendly applications that streamline operations and enhance user experiences. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to ensure the highest standards of quality.

You will also be involved in the design and architecture of new features, contributing your insights and expertise to help shape the direction of our products. You will work on optimizing performance and scalability, ensuring that our applications can handle increasing loads and complex workflows. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers.
