You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 8 years of experience in a project management or customer-facing role. Your background includes 5 years of related experience in technology, data analysis, and program management. You excel at managing multiple assignments simultaneously, demonstrating a keen ability to work independently while driving projects to completion with high attention to detail. Your problem-solving and investigative skills are complemented by a proactive 'can-do' attitude, allowing you to navigate complex challenges effectively. You possess excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
In this role, you will be part of gTech’s Users and Products team, where your mission is to help users maximize their experience with Google. You will advocate for users through partnerships with product areas at Google, supporting the consumer products ecosystem and enabling numerous launches each year. You will oversee the design phase of Authorable Workflows (AWFs), ensuring timely completion and high-quality delivery. Your responsibilities will include preparing status updates for stakeholders and managing cross-functional communications across multiple teams, including Analytics, Content, UX, and Product Support. You will set up and complete experiments to measure AWF impact, manage development risks, and drive pre-launch activities to secure necessary approvals. Your ability to draw insights from data will be crucial in managing recommended actions and ensuring project success.
