Nooks is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to generate outbound pipeline and support the Account Executive team. You'll leverage your experience in B2B SaaS sales and utilize various prospecting channels. This role requires 18+ months of relevant sales experience.
You have 18+ months of experience in sales, specifically selling into the sales leader persona within B2B SaaS organizations. You are comfortable with outbound messaging and have a proven track record of generating leads through various channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn. Your ability to conduct thorough account research allows you to create personalized messaging that resonates with prospects. You thrive in a collaborative environment, sharing best practices with teammates while also learning from their experiences. Your strong communication skills enable you to work effectively across teams, including Engineering, Product, and Marketing, to support overall growth initiatives.
Experience with sales automation tools and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus. Familiarity with trial processes and onboarding new clients will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are proactive in seeking out new opportunities and are not afraid to pick up the phone to engage with potential clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating outbound pipeline for the Account Executive team. This involves conducting account research to identify potential leads and crafting personalized outreach messages. You will utilize all available prospecting channels to connect with prospects, ensuring that your communication is relevant and engaging. Additionally, you will create outbound email templates for both yourself and your team, testing and refining these templates to improve response rates. Collaboration is key, and you will support your teammates by sharing best practices and learning from their approaches. You will also work closely with other departments, including Engineering, Product, and Marketing, to align your efforts with the company's growth strategies.
