You have extensive experience in site reliability engineering, with a strong focus on designing and operating hybrid cloud environments. Your background includes implementing SRE best practices, emphasizing user experience, monitoring, and automation. You are skilled in engineering infrastructure patterns for cloud environments, particularly in Amazon Web Services, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability in your designs.

You possess a deep understanding of data center operations and are adept at integrating on-premises environments with cloud infrastructure. Your analytical skills enable you to conduct thorough root-cause analyses, identifying gaps in designs and implementations to improve the reliability and resilience of infrastructure. You are comfortable participating in on-call rotations and responding to urgent incidents, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining high operational standards.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams, including machine learning engineers, to support their infrastructure needs. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly makes you an effective team player, and you are always eager to share your knowledge and learn from others.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for advancing the state of operations at PathAI by implementing best practices in site reliability engineering. You will focus on user experience, monitoring, and automation, ensuring that the infrastructure meets the needs of the organization. Your work will involve engineering infrastructure patterns for cloud environments, particularly within AWS, where you will build systems that prioritize security, reliability, and scalability.

You will design, build, and operate the data center to support the rapidly growing machine learning team, integrating on-premises environments with existing cloud infrastructure to create a seamless hybrid cloud environment. Your efforts will significantly improve the reliability and resilience of the infrastructure through root-cause analysis and by addressing gaps in design and implementation.

You will participate in platform on-call rotations, assisting with urgent incident responses and ensuring that systems remain operational and efficient. Your contributions will directly impact the success of PathAI's mission to improve patient outcomes through innovative technology.

What we offer

PathAI offers a competitive salary range of $165,750 - $224,450, along with eligibility for equity awards.
