You have 5+ years of experience in frontend engineering, with a strong focus on building user-friendly applications that enhance customer experiences. You understand the importance of performance and stability in web applications — you've implemented best practices for optimizing load times and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your experience with version control systems like Git enables you to manage code effectively and collaborate with other developers. You are also familiar with agile methodologies, participating actively in sprints and retrospectives to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Experience with contract lifecycle management or document management systems is a plus, as it will help you understand the specific challenges faced by our users. What you'll do

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at PandaDoc, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining features within the Customer Value Track, focusing on contract management solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user interfaces that are not only functional but also visually appealing. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.

You will participate in user research and testing to gather feedback on your features, iterating based on user needs and preferences. Your contributions will directly impact how customers interact with our platform, making their document management processes more efficient. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their roles.
