As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the value of our services and help businesses grow. You will be responsible for managing your own sales territory, conducting in-field visits, and following up with leads generated through various channels. You will participate in both classroom and field training to develop your sales skills and product knowledge. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition and incentives through your sales performance, including the chance to qualify for the annual President’s Club Trip.
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to reach $100,000-$120,000 in your first year.
