Job Description

Amazon continues to grow its advertising business, offering highly relevant digital ad solutions, with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy. We help advertisers reach Amazon customers on the Amazon owned and operated sites, on other high-quality digital properties, and on millions of tablets and mobile devices. We start with the customer and work backwards in everything we do, including advertising. As a strong experienced Global Partner Manager within the APAC region, you will be responsible for driving business growth for APAC (mainly Taiwan, South East Asia and Australia/New Zealand) based small to medium sized advertisers by leveraging Amazon’s world-class personalization technologies to drive both performance and display advertising product knowledge across multiple platforms, retaining and growing Amazon Ads product adoption from existing advertisers, and building relationship with new advertisers. You will work with advertisers across verticals including Consumer Electronic, Life & Leisure, Consumables, Apparels, etc. You will have the opportunity to work with the local and global sales organizations, product team and internal retail stakeholders. Along with the team’s growth, you will have future opportunities to evolve in different departments and build your career in digital advertising.

Key job responsibilities
• Drive strategic programs that impact the entire APAC Growth business. Work with cross-organizational stakeholders and peers.
• Understand Amazon's search and display advertising tools to help build relevant and effective advertising solutions for our advertisers.
• Understand and learn about the e-commerce landscape and competitive environment, including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
• Deliver the highest level of educational and consultant services to brands and advertisers both over the phone and in person.
• Help advertisers understand how to best use Amazon’s ad tools to build their business.
• Coordinate campaign setup with the global advertising teams.
• Dive deep on campaign performance reports and work with advertising teams around the globe to enable optimal performance to advertisers in each locale.
• Use CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and business progress.• Track record of leading projects across digital advertising, ecommerce, marketing or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese is required.
• Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses, presenting both over the phone and in person.
• Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to explore the new business opportunities and consistently deliver on business goals.
• Experience working with Cross-Border brands.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Bachelor's degree.• 5+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
• Experience with search/performance advertising (5+ years) at a major advertising agency, digital marketing agency or media provider.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Understand user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary term.
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
• MBA or other related Master’s degree.
