OPSWAT is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to serve as a key contact for Platinum and Key accounts in Taipei. You'll provide technical guidance and ensure customer satisfaction with OPSWAT solutions.
You have a strong background in customer success, ideally within the cybersecurity or technology sectors. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs. You are adept at providing technical guidance and support, ensuring customers maximize their investment in OPSWAT solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to fostering strong relationships with clients. Your experience in onboarding and managing customer escalations makes you a trusted advisor for key accounts. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for customer adoption and retention, ensuring a smooth experience throughout their OPSWAT journey.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Platinum and Key customers, focusing on their adoption, retention, and overall experience with OPSWAT solutions. You will provide technical guidance on product configuration and best practices, helping customers navigate their OPSWAT journey effectively. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation, addressing any technical how-to questions that arise. Your role will involve managing escalations and ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. You will also be responsible for tracking customer engagement metrics and identifying areas for improvement to enhance the customer experience. By understanding customer needs and aligning OPSWAT solutions with their goals, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
