CI&T is seeking a Principal Architect to lead the design and implementation of modern data architecture, focusing on migrating legacy systems to Snowflake. This role requires expertise in data architecture and cloud technologies.
You have proven experience as a Data Architect, with a strong focus on cloud data solutions, preferably Snowflake. Your expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance sets you apart. You possess excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and lead teams. Your advanced English proficiency complements your organizational and communication skills, making you an effective leader in tech transformation. You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, which provides a solid foundation for your technical knowledge.
In this role, you will lead the design and oversee the implementation of the target Snowflake architecture, ensuring it meets performance, scalability, and security requirements. You will conduct comprehensive assessments of existing data systems and identify opportunities for improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to define data ingestion strategies and governance frameworks. Your leadership will guide the architecture review process, incorporating feedback from the data team and business users. You will establish best practices for data integrity, cost efficiency, and performance optimization, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the company's goals and client needs. Your role will be pivotal in uniting human expertise with AI to create scalable tech solutions, driving the company's mission forward.
