DoorDash is hiring a DashMart Team Member to engage in day-to-day operations at their local fulfillment center. You'll be responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, following all HACCP and food-handling processes. You will use technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. Communication is key, as you will need to interact with customers through the app for substitution approvals. Maintaining a safe working environment is crucial, and you will perform all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards. You will also complete cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management.
