Job Description

At Amazon, our HR department plays a vital role in looking after our people at our CDG7 IXD facility. Known as the People Experience and Technology (PXT) team, we are dedicated to creating an exceptional Amazon experience for our employees while maintaining our position as one of the world's most innovative and customer-centric companies.

We're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at our CDG7 fulfillment center in Senlis. This role will be crucial in supporting our IXD operations and its unique workforce needs.

Key job responsibilities:

Partner with CDG7 IXD Leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives specific to IXD operations
Lead employee relations, work council relations, performance management, and engagement activities for a large-scale distribution workforce
Provide strategic HR guidance to support CDG7's import/export operations and cross-border workforce management
Maintain expertise in French labor laws and ensure compliance across all HR practices
Support development and implementation of training programs specific to IXD operations
Manage complex employee relations cases and provide solutions aligned with French employment legislation
Partner with local and regional teams to implement PXT initiatives
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the IXD environment

Nous recherchons un(e) Senior HR Business Partner pour rejoindre notre équipe au sein de notre centre de distribution CDG7 à Senlis. Ce rôle sera crucial pour soutenir nos opérations IXD et répondre aux besoins spécifiques de notre personnel.

Responsabilités principales :

Collaborer avec l'équipe de direction de CDG7 IXD pour développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies RH alignées sur les objectifs commerciaux
Piloter la planification des effectifs, la gestion des talents et la planification de succession spécifique aux opérations IXD
Gérer les relations sociales, le management de la performance et les activités d'engagement pour une main-d'œuvre importante
Fournir des conseils RH stratégiques pour soutenir les opérations import/export de CDG7
Maintenir une expertise en droit du travail français et assurer la conformité des pratiques RH
Soutenir le développement et la mise en œuvre des programmes de formation spécifiques aux opérations IXD
Gérer des cas complexes de relations sociales et proposer des solutions conformes à la législation française
Collaborer avec les équipes locales et régionales pour mettre en œuvre les initiatives PXT
Piloter les initiatives de diversité et d'inclusion dans l'environnement IXD- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English, as well as French
- Relevant experience in managing complex projects and / or programs with heterogeneous teams.
- Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
- Français et anglais courant, à l'oral et écrit
- Expérience significative de gestion de projets complexes et de programmes avec des équipes diverses- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

- Aise sur les outils de pack office (word, excel, outlook)
- Possibilité de déplacement (limité à 10/15% du temps)
