Pattern is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to drive individual sales results while managing a team. You'll engage with enterprise accounts and leverage data-driven strategies to optimize ecommerce growth. This role requires proven people management skills and a passion for partner success.
You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in inside sales or account management. Your proven people management skills allow you to lead by example while driving individual sales results. You are data-driven and understand the importance of leveraging analytics to inform your sales strategies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about partner success, always looking for ways to improve and innovate. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and internal teams alike. You are comfortable working with technology and have a keen interest in ecommerce and digital marketplaces.
Experience in ecommerce or technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with global marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay. A background in data analysis or a strong understanding of machine learning concepts would be beneficial in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning new tools and technologies that can enhance your sales approach.
As a Senior Inside Sales Representative at Pattern, you will serve as a player/coach, actively driving sales results while mentoring your team. You will qualify prospect accounts in partnership with Enterprise Account Managers, identifying and engaging primary points of contact for Pattern’s Core 3P offering. Your role will involve utilizing data and insights to inform your sales strategies, ensuring that you are effectively addressing the needs of your clients. You will collaborate closely with various teams within the organization to optimize the sales process and enhance partner success. Your ability to analyze data will help you identify trends and opportunities for growth, allowing you to make informed decisions that drive results.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided by Pattern. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve their sales targets while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
