What you'll do

As a Senior Research Engineer with the AGI team at Amazon, you will lead the development of novel algorithms and modeling techniques that push the boundaries of machine learning. Your work will directly impact our customers, as you will be responsible for advancing the capabilities of multimodal LLMs and GenAI. You will drive the system architecture and establish best practices that ensure a quality infrastructure, enabling efficient model development and deployment.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, working at the intersection of engineering and applied science. Your role will involve scaling pre and post-training workflows, ensuring that the models you develop are not only innovative but also practical and effective in real-world applications.
