At AWS, we’re hiring highly technical DevSecOps to collaborate with our customers and partners on key engagements, while also helping our partners develop technical expertise and capacity. Our consultants will deliver with customers and partners to address the DevOps, Security, and Compliance needs of their workloads on AWS.
Key job responsibilities
* Expertise - Collaborate with AWS field business development, marketing, training and support teams to help partners and customers learn and use AWS services such as Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), Amazon Simple DB/RDS databases, AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), etc.
* Customer Obsession - Define and deliver on-site technical engagements with partners and customers. This involves participating in on-site visits with prospective customers, understanding customer requirements and industry background, proposing and delivering packaged offerings as well as delivering custom solution engagements.
* Delivery - Engagements include on-site projects proving the use of AWS services to support new distributed computing solutions that often span private cloud and public cloud services. Engagements will include DevSecOps practices and adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Insights - Work with AWS engineering and support teams to convey partner and customer needs and feedback as input to technology roadmaps. Share real world implementation challenges and recommend new capabilities that would simplify adoption and drive greater value from use of AWS cloud services.
* Collaboration - Foster security best practices within the engagement team and participate through policy-as-code and security engineering solutions to offerings and internal delivery excellence toolbox.

- 7+ years of security, compliance and risk management experience
- 3+ years of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) experience
- 5+ years of software development with object oriented language experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience- Experience in consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions
