You have a proven track record in product management, ideally with experience in AI technologies and customer experience solutions. You understand the nuances of leading product development from concept to launch, and you thrive in environments that encourage innovation and strategic risk-taking. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can drive projects forward while maintaining a focus on customer needs and business objectives. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are adept at navigating complex challenges to deliver impactful solutions. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance product offerings and user experiences. Experience with AI-powered solutions or customer experience management tools is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and a background in software development can also enhance your candidacy. In this role, you will spearhead the development of Qualtrics Experience Agents, innovative AI-powered agents designed to provide organizations with deeper insights into customer and employee experiences. You will lead the product strategy, defining the roadmap and prioritizing features that deliver maximum value to users. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, you will ensure that the product meets market needs and exceeds customer expectations. You will conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product enhancements, utilizing your insights to drive continuous improvement. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and collaboration. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and analyzing product performance to guide future development efforts. As a key member of the product leadership team, you will contribute to the overall vision and strategy of the company, ensuring that Qualtrics remains at the forefront of the Experience Management category.
Qualtrics offers a competitive salary range of $164,500—$299,500 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
