Salesforce Technical Program Manager

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage the Salesforce Center of Innovation (CoI) for CBP, overseeing the development and implementation of technical solutions that meet client needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your responsibilities will include defining project objectives, creating detailed project plans, and managing resources effectively. You will also be responsible for stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any challenges that arise. As a key leader, you will drive the adoption of best practices in project management and Salesforce implementation, ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary for success. You will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the CoI, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in service delivery.
