Lendable is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead their Credit Card Product team. You'll drive strategic decisions and product development in a fast-growing fintech environment. This role requires strong experience in product management and a data-driven mindset.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the fintech sector, where you've successfully launched and managed financial products. Your strategic mindset allows you to make data-driven decisions that significantly impact product direction and success. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering and design teams to create innovative solutions that meet customer needs. You are comfortable with user research and can translate insights into actionable product strategies. Your experience includes defining metrics for success and using analytics to guide product development. You are passionate about building technology that improves people's financial lives and are excited about the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company.
Experience with credit card products or consumer finance is a plus. Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies will help you leverage new data sources effectively. You have a track record of working in high-growth environments and are adaptable to changing priorities and challenges.
