KnowBe4 is hiring an Account Executive SMB to identify and acquire new clients in the Small/Medium business segment. This role requires fluency in Polish and a strong focus on meeting sales quotas.

You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the SMB sector — you understand the unique challenges and opportunities that small and medium businesses face in today's cybersecurity landscape. Your fluency in Polish allows you to connect with a diverse range of clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship building. You thrive in a results-driven environment and are motivated by exceeding sales targets while contributing to a team-oriented culture.

You possess strong interpersonal skills — you can engage with clients at all levels, from decision-makers to end-users, and you know how to tailor your approach to meet their specific needs. Your ability to listen and understand client pain points enables you to present tailored solutions that resonate with their business objectives. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and are adept at using CRM tools to track your progress and manage your pipeline effectively.

You are committed to continuous professional development — you stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity, which allows you to position KnowBe4 as a trusted partner in security awareness training. You value radical transparency and extreme ownership, aligning with KnowBe4's core values.

Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity sales or a related field would be a plus, as it would enhance your ability to articulate the value of KnowBe4's offerings. Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques, such as consultative selling or solution selling, can further strengthen your approach to client engagement.

What you'll do

In your role as an Account Executive SMB, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new logos within the Small/Medium business segment — your primary goal will be to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through strategic outreach and relationship building. You will leverage your understanding of the cybersecurity landscape to engage potential clients, demonstrating how KnowBe4's AI-driven Human Risk Management platform can transform their workforce into a strong security asset.

You will conduct market research to identify potential leads and develop targeted outreach strategies — your efforts will include cold calling, networking, and utilizing social media to connect with prospects. You will prepare and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of KnowBe4's solutions, addressing client concerns and answering questions to facilitate the decision-making process.

Collaboration will be key in this role — you will work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns that resonate with the SMB audience. Additionally, you will partner with customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, setting the stage for long-term relationships and high customer retention rates.

You will track your sales activities and performance metrics using CRM software, providing regular updates to management on your progress and insights into market trends. Your contributions will directly impact KnowBe4's growth and reputation as a leader in the cybersecurity training space.
