Overview

Headway is seeking a Manager of Recruiting Operations to enhance their Talent Acquisition processes. You'll lead teams to create scalable hiring strategies and improve candidate experiences. This role requires strong leadership and operational skills.

You have a proven track record in recruiting operations, with experience leading teams and developing strategies that enhance hiring processes. Your ability to partner cross-functionally ensures that you deliver exceptional experiences for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers alike. You understand the importance of building scalable systems that support high-quality hiring, and you are passionate about improving the overall talent acquisition experience. You are detail-oriented and thrive in a collaborative environment, where you can influence and drive change effectively.

Desirable

Experience in the mental health or healthcare sector is a plus, as it aligns with Headway's mission to transform mental healthcare. Familiarity with technology-driven recruitment solutions will help you adapt quickly to the tools and systems used at Headway. You are comfortable with data analysis and can leverage metrics to inform your strategies and decisions. A background in project management will also be beneficial as you oversee multiple initiatives within the recruiting operations team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Recruiting Operations and Coordination teams, setting the strategy for how Headway hires. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that the hiring process is efficient and effective, creating a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved. Your leadership will be crucial in developing and implementing best practices that enhance the quality of hires and improve the overall candidate experience. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the recruitment process and implementing innovative solutions to address these challenges.

You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to refine the recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with Headway's mission and goals. Your role will involve analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of current processes and making data-driven recommendations for enhancements. You will also play a key role in training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the recruiting operations team.
