Deepgram is seeking a QA Engineering Manager to lead quality assurance efforts for their voice AI platform. You'll oversee testing processes and ensure product reliability. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in QA methodologies.
You have a strong background in quality assurance with at least 5 years of experience in managing QA teams and processes. Your expertise includes developing and implementing testing strategies that ensure high-quality software delivery. You are comfortable working with AI technologies and have a keen interest in voice AI applications. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to enhance product quality. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to rapid changes in technology and processes.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools is a plus. Familiarity with voice AI technologies or similar domains will set you apart. You have a track record of mentoring and developing junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team.
