Overview

Udacity is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to drive enterprise business growth through new client acquisition. This role requires a proven track record in sales to C-level executives at major companies.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in acquiring new clients within the enterprise sector. With a proven track record of success, you excel at engaging with C-level executives and understand the nuances of selling to large organizations. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to identify customer pain points and tailor solutions that meet their needs effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively makes you a trusted advisor to your clients.

Desirable

Experience in the tech education or digital transformation space is a plus. Familiarity with corporate training solutions and the ability to articulate the value of online learning platforms will set you apart. You are comfortable using data and industry trends to inform your sales strategy and decision-making processes. A background in working with Global 2000 or Fortune 1,000 companies will enhance your candidacy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing a robust sales pipeline within strategically significant target accounts. You will consistently close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings goals. By leveraging your understanding of industry trends, you will tailor solutions based on customer needs and pain points.
