Truebill is seeking a Group Product Manager for Financial Products and Partnerships to define and execute product strategy. You'll lead a team to enhance financial offerings and partnerships. This role requires significant experience in product management.
You are a seasoned product leader with a strong background in financial products and partnerships. With over 5 years of experience in product management, you have successfully defined and executed product strategies that drive business impact. You possess a deep understanding of the financial landscape and are passionate about empowering users to achieve their financial goals. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Your analytical mindset allows you to make data-driven decisions that enhance product offerings and user experiences. You are an excellent communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing. You have a knack for identifying market opportunities and translating them into actionable product roadmaps. A background in partnerships management will also be beneficial as you work to create value for both users and the business.
As the Group Product Manager, you will own the product strategy and execution for Rocket Money's financial products and partnerships. You will define the vision and roadmap for these product lines, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy. You will lead a team of product managers, guiding them in their efforts to develop and enhance financial products that meet user needs. Your role will involve collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements. You will analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize features that deliver the most value. Additionally, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the product development process.
