Dropbox is seeking a GTM Strategy Partner to drive growth strategies and insights for the Managed Sales organization. You'll conduct data-driven analyses and collaborate with various teams to shape GTM strategies. This role requires familiarity with analytical frameworks and a background in GTM motions.
You have a strong background in strategy and operations, ideally with experience in developing programmatic go-to-market (GTM) motions and Sales Plays. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to conduct structured, data-driven analyses that identify growth opportunities and risks. You understand the AI market and have insights into AI product adoption patterns, which will be crucial in shaping effective strategies. You are comfortable translating complex insights into clear, executive-ready recommendations that influence high-impact decisions. Your experience partnering with field organizations such as Sales, Customer Success, and Field Marketing has equipped you with the skills to ensure that strategies are sharp, data-informed, and executable in the field.
Familiarity with propensity modeling and customer scoring will set you apart, as will your ability to design analytical frameworks and performance dashboards. You thrive in environments where you can influence decisions and drive measurable revenue outcomes. Your collaborative nature allows you to work closely with various teams, ensuring alignment and execution of GTM strategies.
In this role, you will run the engine room for strategy and insights that guide how Dropbox grows, defends, and acquires customers. Your work will directly influence the iteration of Sales Plays, prioritization frameworks, planning, forecasting, and performance measurement. You will shape high-impact decisions for GTM Leadership, gaining substantial exposure to senior leadership and deep visibility into Dropbox’s commercial business. You will conduct structured analyses to identify risks and focus areas, leading the insight and problem framing behind GTM decisions. Your ability to translate insights into clear recommendations will be vital in shaping GTM Strategy and investment decisions.
