What you'll do

In this role, you will manage strategic initiatives aimed at transforming Amazon's sub-same-day delivery operations. You will coordinate with various teams, including Reliability Maintenance and Design Engineering, to ensure that program deliverables align with operational goals. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing performance dashboards to identify areas for improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design innovative logistics solutions. You will also be responsible for executing complex engineering program deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. Your role will require you to monitor and enhance the performance of Material Handling Equipment across the network, driving efficiency and effectiveness in our operations. You will engage in stakeholder presentations and program coordination, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. Travel may be required at key project milestones, allowing you to oversee implementation phases directly.
